Small turkey, red onion, tomato and pepper cheese sandwich on a salted baguette
Small salad with drizzle of some kind of dressing (i don't know what it was, but I had a very small amount)
5 noodles in a sun dried tomato paste (there was a pasta salad which I just had a small amount)

Afternoon Snack
2 baby carrots
Cauliflower
Water
Dinner
1 Piece of Calamari
1 Pork Dumpling
5 pieces of Tuna Sushi
Bowl of Undon Soup (amazing)
Water
Warm Saki
