Food Intake | Day 4

Breakfast
Flower Tortilla
Fist-size butterfly boneless pork chop (sliced)
Romaine Lettuce
1 slice of 2% milk fused swish cheese
Drizzle of spicy teriyaki sauce
Water

Basically, I made a breakfast wrap. Warned up the tortilla, sliced the pork, broke the romaine in two, tore the cheese, drizzled the sauce over it and wrapped it up. Quick and dirty.

Lunch
Water
Special K honey nut Bar

Afternoon Sack
Lean BBQ Sliced Turkey
Handful of Almonds
Water

Dinner
Chicken Noodle Soup (leftover from the weekend)
12-15 Saltines
Water
