Food Intake | Day 2

Breakfast
Whole Wheat English muffin
Tablespoon grape jelly
Yellow, green & red peppers
Button Mushrooms
2 Eggs
Water
Airborn

Basically, I made scrambled eggs with peppers & mushrooms, had an english muffin with jelly smear, and washed it all down with an airborn.

Lunch
Water
Lean Flank Steak (light soy sauce)
Hot & Sour Soup with dried red pepper and noodles
1 Clementine

Afternoon Snacks
Apple
Water
1 Clementine

Dinner
Water (squirt of lemon & lime juice)
Steak and Chicken Fajitas (red, yellow & green peppers, mushrooms & fresh garlic)
Spanish Rice
12-15 White Corn Chips
Salsa
Tabasco Sauce
